alimento.<\/li><li><strong>Equilibrada<\/strong>: Al aportar las cantidades apropiadas de alimentos, sin exceso o d\u00e9ficit.<\/li><li><strong>Suficiente<\/strong>: Al cubrir las necesidades del organismo para favorecer el crecimiento y para mantener el peso corporal aconsejado en adultos.<\/li><li><strong>Adecuada<\/strong>: a las caracter\u00edsticas de cada persona, creando una dieta personalizada e idonea para cada persona.<\/li><\/ul><p>Para realizar una dieta personalizada al tener en cuenta una serie de consignas tales como: edad, sexo, complexi\u00f3n corporal,
